How You Can Pray

Giving is not only about money. It is also about prayer. Prayer is a powerful way to support SIM and our missionaries. We invite you to join us in praying for the following:

  • Salvation: Pray that many Native Americans will come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
  • Discipleship: Pray that new believers will grow in their faith and obedience to God’s Word.
  • Leadership: Pray that God will raise up more Native workers and leaders who will serve Him faithfully and effectively.
  • Protection: Pray that God will protect our missionaries and their families from physical, spiritual, and emotional attacks.
  • Provision: Pray that God will provide for all the needs of our ministry and our missionaries.

How You Can Volunteer

Giving is also about time and talent. If you have a heart for missions and a desire to serve, you can volunteer with SIM in various ways. You can:

Visit: You can visit one of our mission fields and see firsthand what God is doing among the Native American people. You can also participate in some of our activities and events.

Host: You can host one of our missionaries or staff members when they are traveling or on furlough. You can also host a fundraising event or a presentation for SIM in your home, church, or community.

Advocate: You can advocate for SIM by spreading the word about our ministry and our needs. You can also invite others to partner with us in giving, praying, or volunteering.

Serve: You can serve with SIM as a short-term or long-term missionary. We have various opportunities for individuals, families, groups, or churches to join us in reaching out to the Native American people.
